The site visit takes place after the first contact and the definition of the concept. It serves to evaluate spaces, access, light conditions, focal points and logistics. If the venue is distant, we can organize a virtual site visit with photos and floor plans. The important thing is to have clear the main spaces (ceremony, reception, any photo areas) and the day's timing.

I always privilege seasonal flowers for quality, longevity and sustainability. If you have a specific palette or a symbolic flower that isn't in season, we can evaluate alternatives or similar varieties available. The color palette can be maintained even with different flowers, guaranteeing aesthetic coherence and better results.

On the event day I arrive at the venue with all necessary materials and complete the setup. I remain present during the day to supervise details, any adjustments and to guarantee that everything is perfect until the start of the ceremony. For very complex events or with multiple venues, I also coordinate the necessary team.
